About Us
New Salt Creative is a brand and creative strategy consultancy for companies building something worth experiencing.
We work with founders, studios, and brands on campaign strategy, brand development, experiential marketing, and creative direction, with a human-centered, test-informed approach shaped by years at Meta's Creative Shop and across hospitality, fitness, and consumer culture.
We take on consultation, retainer engagements, and project work. If you're building something that needs to move people, we'd love to talk. We also love making friends and working with other designers, creators, makers, and freelancers.
About
Norah is a creative strategist and experience designer obsessed with the question of what makes people lean in.
She spent a decade working front of house in restaurants and catering across DC, Boston, and Seattle, including being part of the opening team at Serious Pie, South Lake Union, R.I.P. Her training in theatre at Boston University was driven by equal parts: a love of making things with people, a gift for creating experiences, and an abundance of snack planning, shared meals, and stress baking.
She eventually stepped away from restaurants and theatre to pursue creative strategy at scale. At Meta's Creative Shop, she developed Betatyping, a creative testing framework for performance advertising that has trained more than 10,000 sales professionals globally. As a co-founder of NW Fitness Project, she has built brand identity, go-to-market strategy, and community programming from the ground up. Her continuing education spans UX Design training, Seth Godin's altMBA, Priya Parker's The Art of Gathering, and Cornell's Hospitality Management certification. The last play she directed was Joanna Garner's Please Open Your Mouth, an immersive experience of food and sexuality.
She is most useful to people who are building something with a point of view and need a collaborator who thinks across brand strategy, campaign architecture, and the texture of the experience itself.
